I would like to share with you my understanding of Creation and Manifestation.

You may know it as “The Secret”.

I realize that with each and every statement that I use the words, I AM, I have just created and manifested.

The statement, declaration or Truth, I AM is exactly what I receive.

I Am is what I believe I Am.

What ever words, statements feelings that I attach to the I Am is exactly what I have declared that I want for myself.

I choose to be aware of whether my thoughts, feelings, words, statements are positive or negative.

The question that is best to ask is… What do I want, positive or negative experiences?

I choose to be aware of statements such as, I Am tired or I Am mad. I am stupid or I am not good enough.

With each and every thought with feeling that I declare as I Am, I am creating exactly that for myself.

I choose to be aware to use statements such as I Am well, I Am forgiven, I Am loved, I Am abundant.

What do you want?

There is a lot to be said of One Day at a Time.

As we learn or become willing to live one moment, one experience, one day at a time, we own the experience and understanding. It is then that we may stand behind our convictions with truth, knowing that we are the deliberate creators of our thoughts and words. 

 Allow yourself to plan for the future with the utmost excitement of seeing it as already created.

Then sit back, relax and allow the intelligence of the Universe to provide for us the experiences we need to arrive at our destination with comfort, ease and joy.

A saying that may help to establish a positive way of Be-ing is:
I love and approve of myself.
I am well.
And so it is.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole
and complete, and yet life is ever changing.
There is no beginning and no end,
 only a constant cycling and recycling
of substance and experiences.
I am one with the very Power that created me, and this Power
has given me the power to create my own circumstances.

as we move from the old.  This moment is a new point

Someone mentioned to me the other day how hard it was for them to stay in a positive state of being while life was giving them one negative experience after another.

This person went on to say that they were trying very hard to stay positive but felt defeated with each new challenge.

After listening to this person I thought about ways to assist them to find a solution that would work for them.

Many thoughts came into my mind and then I asked my Angels for guidance.

This is what I received.

First

Accept responsibility for the day’s events.

Accept that by our own error thoughts we have created the challenges and mishaps.

When we choose to take responsibly for our own thoughts we acknowledge that we have a choice.

As soon as the mishaps or challenges begin to present themselves to us, choose immediately to become willing to release the negative thoughts that allowed for the events to unfold in a negative manner.

Second

Decide to change our feelings and thoughts about the events.

You may choose to view the mishaps or challenges as a gift.

Without the displeasure of our experiences we would not need to look for a better way.

Become grateful for ALL the good that we have in our lives.

Recite or list the good that we appreciate.

Allow the feelings that accompany these thoughts to be a safety net as we develop new thought patterns.

Third

Choose to learn from each experience as if it was a lesson for living.

When we learn the lesson, we do not need to repeat the experience.

You may choose to ask for Divine intervention to point out the error thoughts so they may be changed quickly.

Dream time is a good time to discover our error thoughts as we are more open to listen.

Remember that you may not do this perfectly every day as changing habits takes some time.  

Be gentle with yourself.

Allow yourself to do the best you can.

Some times your best may be perfection.

Other times your best may be two steps backwards.

As long as you keep trying you are moving forward.

Remember

Smile, sing, be grateful.

Have you ever experienced days where one thing goes wrong after another?
Have you ever had days that seem to be one struggle after another?
Have you ever wondered why?
I am going to offer a suggestion to you.
You are free to accept this information or not.
The simple truth is....You allowed it.
What!  you say.
How could I have allowed it?
With each thought we verbally or mentally say to ourselves or others, we are creating our experiences.
When we choose words such as LIFE IS HARD.
We are actively creating life is hard.
We are creating a life full of challenges and struggles.
The next time you are faced with challenges and struggles try this simple suggestion.
Accept that you have created the challenges by your own thoughts and beliefs.
You get what you give.
There is no need for judgement or self-condemnation, it just is.
Next
Change your thoughts.
You may choose words such as:
Life is fun.
Life is enjoyable.
Good always comes easily to me.
I love my life.
Today is a good day.
Each and every experience is a direct result of our own self-talk.
As we continually choose to change our thoughts and belief systems, we are actively changing our life experiences.
Positive thoughts and beliefs produce positive life experience.
Negative thoughts and beliefs produce negative life experiences.
You do not need to beleive me.
Try it for yourself.
You be the judge.

I have a small exercise for each person to try.

It is not hard and it will not take much time.
Every morning as soon as you open your eyes, pause for a moment before getting out of bed.
Reflect for just a moment on all the wonderful blessings that you have in your life.
For some of you this may be very easy,
for others it may take some thought to realize the good you believe you have.
As you think about your blessings, family, good fortune, good health, friends etc.
Imagine yourself enjoying that which you believe is a blessing for you.
Feel the warm feelings that always accompany good thoughts.
Now, just say thank you to whomever or whatever your higher power is, I call mine God.
Pay attention to your day as it progresses.
Do you notice anything?
Is your day more enjoyable?
Try this every day for at least a week before you decide if it really works or not.
When I choose to start my day with a grateful attitude, I find life in all it's adventures, and experiences more enjoyable.
 
When we actively choose happy, grateful, positive thoughts,
we are actively creating
happiness, gratitude and positive life experiences for ourselves.

To define Spirituality is different for every one that you will talk to.
I feel that Spirituality can be defined as:
All is well.
Love yourself, others and God, Angels, all that is.
You decide for yourself what you call God.
If you really want to develop your Spiritual self, you may want to start with forgiveness for all harm you feel you have done, or others have done to you.
When we truly forgive all hurts, no matter how painful they may be, we free ourselves to heal.
If you think about it, we have all been hurt or hurt someone else.
 There is not one of us that is exempt.
At some time as a child, young adult, adult, we have all experienced or caused hurts.
Forgive.
Live in today.
Each time we choose to dwell in the pain of the trauma or  event.
We are actually giving energy to fuel the pain.
In short, we choose to be victims.
To be in Spirit is to be well.
Try it for yourself.
Start with a small hurt.
Forgive with all your knowledge, heart.
You may choose to write a letter of forgiveness.
 Ask God or Angels to assist you to become willing to forgive.
Then trust that you have forgiven to the best of your knowledge.
You may choose to imagine the person in question as a small child.

When we take the person whom we feel is the meanest , nastiest person in the world and imagine them as a child, it may be easier to forgive.

 A child who is learning to live in the world just as you are.
Hold this child in your arms and forgive this small child for all harm.
Tell this child that all is well. Tell this child you love them.
Know that we are all in learning, when we learn, mistakes may happen.
 
After your forgiveness exercise, how do you feel?
 
Do this any time you need to.
There is no right amount of time.
Each of us are different.
 Sometimes it will take one time to truely forgive.
 Others it will take 100 times.
There is no wrong way to do this.
All you really need is to become willing.
By your intent, forgiveness will happen if you believe.

And so it is.


Do you want to know how to be happy every single day?
If I was to tell you what I do would you try it?
Every morning before you get out of bed, and every night before you go to bed. Focus on these thoughts.
  • Life is fun, Life loves me.
  • All good flows to me easily and continually.
  • Today, only that which is for my highest good comes to me.
  • I enjoy abundance in all things and in all ways.
  • I am a blessing to all those that I encounter each day.
  • I am grateful for all that I am and all that I have.
  • Thank you God (or whatever you belive), all is well.
